Yoga-Winter (Grades K - 2)

Signup begins on Thursday, January 5th at 8pm.

This is a 5 week after school program starting on Wednesday January 11th.  This class is for Kindergarten through 2nd grade students.  We will meet on Wednesday after school and will end at 4:15. Students will need to have comfortable clothes.

Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children. Yoga and mindfulness offer psychological benefits for children, improving focus, memory, self-esteem and can even reduce anxiety and stress.  

Class Dates: Wednesday, January 11, 18, February 1, 8, and 15 from 3:15 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. 

(There is no class on 1/25 due to half day.)

Cost: The cost is $50/student.
