Yoga ~ Grades 3 - 4

Signup begins on Thursday, January 5th at 8pm.

This is a 4 week after school program starting on Wednesday, March 8th.  This class is for 3rd grade through 4th grade students.  We will meet on Wednesdays after school and class will end at 4:15. Students will need to have comfortable clothes.

Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children. Yoga and mindfulness offer psychological benefits for children, improving focus, memory, self-esteem and can even reduce anxiety and stress.  

Class Dates: Wednesday,  March 8, 15, 22, & 29 from 3:15 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. 

Cost: The cost is $50/student.

PLEASE REGISTER BY Saturday, March 4th.  Registarion will close on Saturday, March 4th and availability is on a first come first serve basis.  To register, please complete the online form.  Confirmation will be sent via email prior to the program start.
