I'm Cool With This! ~ Grades 3 - 5

Signup begins on Monday, September 25 at 7 p. m.

This is a 5 week after school program starting on Thursday, October 5th.  This class is for 3rd grade through 5th grade students.  We will meet on Thursdays after school and class will end at 4:15. Students will need to have comfortable clothes.

Facilitator: Kathy Tonelli, a Certified Deep Play for Kids Level 2 Instructor

What is it about: basic keys to managing life’s stressors, through fun activities like kid friendly yoga, conscious breathing, mindfulness and ways to “find your calm”.

Class Dates:  Thursday October 5, 12, 19, 26 and November 2 from 3:15 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. 

Cost: The cost is $50/student, includes materials
