I'm Cool With This! Catch the Kindness "Bug"!

Signup begins on Sunday, April 14th at 12 Noon.

This is a 5 week after school program starting on Thursday, May 2nd. We will meet on Thursdays after school and will end at 4:15.

Students will need to have comfortable clothes.

Facilitator: Kathy Tonelli, a Certified Deep Play for Kids Level 2 Instructor

What is it about: Kids yoga.  The final session will focus on kindness; kindness to self (self compassion), kindness to family, kindness to teachers, kindness to others and kindness to the world. Each session will focus on one type of kindness beginning with self and expanding further and further outward, concluding with kindness to the world. Each session will include activities to support the day’s kindness area. Kid friendly activities will include short stories, yoga and breathing strategies, hands-on activities and games. All activities are designed to help kids see and focus on the positives in life as well as to give them tools and strategies for managing the day to day stressors that arise. All are welcome! All sessions are newly created so that children who’ve already attended one or more sessions can attend again!

Class Dates: Thursdays, May 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30 from 3:15 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.

Cost: The cost is $50/student.

Includes all materials.

Please register by Sunday, April 28th. Registration will close at 7 p.m. and availability is on a first come first serve basis. Please note there are only 10 spots for this class. To register, please complete the online form. Confirmation will be sent via email prior to the program start.
