I'm Cool With This! ~ Grades 3 - 5 (January/February 2024)

Signup begins on Sunday, December 17 at 12 Noon.

This is a 5 week after school program starting on Thursday, January 11th. We will meet on Thursdays after school and will end at 4:15.

Students will need to have comfortable clothes.

Facilitator: Kathy Tonelli, a Certified Deep Play for Kids Level 2 Instructor

What is it about: This session is full of new activities to help your kid "find their calm". Valentine's Day gives us the opportunity to talk about all the people we care about: our friends and family. We will do mindful exercises inspired by the book Moody Cow Meditates, a lot more yoga, and we will even do glitter bottles!

Class Dates: Thursdays, January 11, 18 and February 1, 8, and 15 from 3:15 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.

Cost: The cost is $50/student.

Includes all materials.

Please register by Tuesday, January 9th. Registration will close at 12 p.m. and availability is on a first come first serve basis. Please note there are only 12 spots for this class. To register, please complete the online form. Confirmation will be sent via email prior to the program start.
