Yoga ~ Grades K - 2

Signup begins on Monday, February 27 at 8pm.

This is a 4 week after school program starting on Monday, March 6th.  This class is for Kindergarten through 2nd grade students.  We will meet on Wednesday after school and will end at 4:15. Students will need to have comfortable clothes.

Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children. Yoga and mindfulness offer psychological benefits for children, improving focus, memory, self-esteem and can even reduce anxiety and stress.  

Class Dates: Wednesday, March 6, 20, 27 & April 3 from 3:15 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. 

(There is no class on 3/13)

Cost: The cost is $50/student.
