Yoga

This is a 4 week after school program starting on Thursday December 1st.  We will meet on Thursday after school and will end at 4:15. Students will need to have comfortable clothes.

Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children. Yoga and mindfulness offer psychological benefits for children, improving focus, memory, self-esteem and can even reduce anxiety and stress.  

Class Dates: Thursday, December 1, 8, 15 and 22nd 3:15- 4:15 

(NO session on 11/8 as there is no school that day)

Cost: The cost is $40/student.
