Yoga Winter (Grades 3-4)

Signup begins on Thursday, January 5th at 8pm.

This is a 5 week after school program starting on Thursday January 12th.  This class is for 3rd grade through 4th grade students. We will meet on Thursday after school and will end at 4:15. Students will need to have comfortable clothes.

Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children. Yoga and mindfulness offer psychological benefits for children, improving focus, memory, self-esteem and can even reduce anxiety and stress.  

Class Dates: Thursday, January 12, 19, 26, February 2, and 9. 3:15- 4:15 

Cost: The cost is $50/student.
